Dr. Johnston's approach to treatment is biopsychosocial, meaning she considers biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors that contribute to an individual's functioning. She adopts a strengths-based approach and collaboratively works with individuals and families to determine the best treatment plan to help clients achieve their goals. Progress in treatment is routinely monitored and changes are made as indicated.
